Wharfedale have included 19-year-old flanker Chris Howick on the bench for tomorrow night's Corries Solicitors Yorkshire Cup final against holders Doncaster at Claro Road, Harrogate (6.45).
"He is a bit light but he is a fine prospect and has been playing well for the Foresters all season," said Wharfedale's match programme editor Gordon Brown.
The Dalesmen, who name winger Simon Horsfall on his return from injury, are without Chris Peel and Luke Gray, who are both cup-tied having played for Leeds Carnegie.
Brown said: "Doncaster are strong favourites and it is great that they take the competition so seriously as to field their first team."
Wharfedale: A Whaites; M Bedworth, C Malherbe, A Hodgson, S Horsfall; A Baggett, J Doherty; T Horner, G Hindle, P Altham, D Lister, A Capstick, A Allen, R Baldwin, R Lednor. Replacements: B Titman, D Charnley, O Renton, D Clements, C Howick, J Gill, N Baggett.
