Cleckheaton notched a surprise 25-15 victory over Rugby-Potsdam in their end-of-season tour match in Berlin.
However, no conversions were successful - primarily because there were no posts!
Unforeseen circumstances meant the match had to be played on a football pitch, with the goal-posts taken out for safety reasons.
The lack of sticks' was probably to Cleckheaton's advantage as usual tour rules dictate that try-scorers have to take their own conversions, meaning few are successful, and kicking for goal when a penalty is awarded is strictly forbidden.
Try-scorers for Cleckheaton were Laz Crowther, James Wilson, Ollie Thompson and Andy Robinson (2).
There was also one minor casualty, Steve Smith breaking his nose.
