Leeds Medics have been promoted to Yorkshire Division Four via the Division Five play-offs after a 43-22 win at Hemsworth.

However, Old Crossleyans will not be playing in North One next season after a 31-25 home loss to Rossendale in the North Two East v North Two West play-off.
