SILSDEN’S Rowan Beckett and Keighley’s Harry Webster are among 14 Bradford Grammar School pupils who have been selected for Yorkshire, Yorkshire Carnegie or the Independent Schools’ Rugby Football Club’s Northern Lambs after the Frizinghall school’s rugby 11s season.
Rowan was selected for the North-Midlands Lambs Under-18s and was part of the winning team against the Southern Lambs, while Keighley’s Harry Webster was picked for the Northern Lambs Under-13s.
All the boys have also been training in preparation for their rugby sevens season, which started yesterday aginst Ampleforth.
