There are fewer than 200 tickets left for the Tetley’s South Stand at Headingley Carnegie for the eagerly-awaited Heinz Big Soup World Club Challenge against Manly on Friday, February 17 (8pm).
Leeds Rhinos announced last week that an extra 1,500 tickets had been made available for the famous terrace, and fans have been quick to snap them up.
With interest set to increase with arrival of the NRL champions in the UK this weekend, fans are being urged to purchase their tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Just over 3,000 tickets remain on sale for the game. However, a bumper crowd is already ensured for the clash of the champions at Headingley for the first time.
Rhinos' head of marketing Abigail Furniss said: “There has been a great deal of interest in the match in the last week, especially with our own season having kicked off last week.
"The Tetley’s South Stand is always popular and we were delighted to be able to increase the capacity last week, and the response to that has justified the work carried out during the winter.
"There are a limited numbers of seats left available, plus tickets for the Carnegie Stand terrace and the Western Terrace.
"It is shaping up to be an incredible night at Headingley Carnegie and an occasion not to be missed.”
