Queensbury are seeking a Pennine League Premier Division double when they travel to Slaithwaite Saracens.

Coach Andy Senior welcomes back forwards Lee Kelly and Ben Naylor for the clash that will see them cement sixth spot if they come away with the spoils.

Bury, who were struggling before Christmas, are now enjoying the fruits of their hard labour and they could have another lift with the return of long-term injured duo Trevor Stead and Luke Braithwaite.

Clayton are at home to Queens while West Bowling’s ‘annus horribilis’ nears its end with a trip to Hunslet Old Boys.

Bowling are almost certain to go down alongside their second team, who entertain a Division Two Thornhill Trojans side who have not lost all season.

Wibsey Warriors ended Sharlston Rovers’ Premier Division title chances with a sparkling 46-12 home win on Wednesday. Danny Belcher, Ryan Smith and Harry Hall each posted a brace with Chris Vogel and Nick Walker crossing for solo efforts. Andy Robinson kicked seven conversions.

Birkenshaw are on the road to Division One table-toppers Moorends Thorne Marauders, having already lowered their colours 32-18 in the previous encounter, while in Division Six, Undercliffe Wildboars host Sherburn Bears.

Undercliffe welcome back influential playmakers Isaac Brown and Ryan Dickinson as well as forwards Lee Naughton, Danny Barok and Simon Yarraw to the full strength squad. They will secure promotion if they win.
