There was disappointment for West Bowling A and Wibsey Warriors in the Pennine League Cup finals double header at the Dewsbury Rams Stadium today.
The Bowling second string put up a spirited performance against Sharlston Rovers before going down 36-18 in what was a disappointing Presidents Cup main event.
The Warriors, meanwhile, let a 10-0 half-time lead slip through their grasp to end up on the wrong side of a 32-16 scoreline in the Andrew Bennett Trophy final against Slaithwaite Saracens, completing a bad day for Bradford sides.
