THERE is another big derby in Pennine League Division Two Central on Saturday when Clayton entertain Wyke.
Clayton got their season off to a great start last week when they beat Birkenshaw in an enthralling encounter.
Coach Scott Pendlebury will be hoping for more of the same, and is looking to Danny Priestley to continue his devastating try-scoring form.
More good news is that captain Jamie Waterman may be available for selection following a recent illness.
Wyke have Calvin Barker bang in form, while young forwards Jonny Fawthrop and Bobby Stewart are catching the eye.
Coach Ian Wormald will be disappointed at the loss of full back Jimmy Wain to injury but Barker is a ready-made replacement.
Influential captain Jordan Payton is also likely miss out due to personal circumstances.
But Wormald does welcome back former Clayton utility back Brad Peel, along with half-back Gary Morley, while prop Jordan Myers looks set to get his first winter outing.
Queensbury have the chance to get back to winning ways following their defeat to Beeston Broncos, but their trip to Oulton Raiders will not be easy.
