WYKE will be looking to build on last week's impressive Pennine League victory at Brighouse Rangers as they welcome Dalton to the Rec tomorrow.

Opponents Dalton face a lengthy journey as they travel down from their Cumbrian base and certainly won't want to leave empty-handed in the Division One contest.

Coby Kittsen was outstanding for Wyke in last week's 28-22 derby victory, as was Jordon Payton, and both players will be out to show their performances in the opener were no flash in the pan.

Coach Warren Pitman said: "I'm looking for more of the same energy, concentration and consistency.

"Our attack needs to be better and I want my halves to work better together and create more opportunities for the outside backs."

Ryan Exley and Andy Lloyd are both unavailable for selection due to being on holiday.

Bradford Victoria Rangers travel to face Wakefield outfit CK Vikings for their opening fixture of the new season.

Clayton kick off their campaign with a visit to Hanging Heaton in Division Two.

Coach Scott Pendlebury will have taken note of the 48-16 hammering the Dewsbury side received last week at the hands of Brotherton Bulldogs and will attempt to administer a dose of the same medicine.

Birkenshaw are another side on their travels first up as they take on Wakefield outfit Eastmoor Dragons in a Division Three clash.

Head coach Antony Wood and assistant Chris Walker will be looking to get off to a good start to kick off celebrations for the club's 38th year and the building of their new changing rooms.

Queensbury welcome Leeds club Swillington for what should prove to be a fierce Division Four clash.

Both sides opened their campaigns with a victory last week and will be eager to keep that winning feeling.

Coach Tom Middleton will hope that Brett Marriott can build on his barnstorming performance last time out and that Billy Naylor can replicate his man of the match display in the 28-20 success at Silsden.
