LIZZIE Jones, wife of former Keighley Cougars and Welsh international Danny, is to help conduct the first and second-round draws for the 2016 Ladbrokes Challenge Cup next month at Wembley Stadium.
Joining her on Thursday, January 7 (1pm) is Leeds Rhinos' winger Tom Briscoe, who scored five tries there in August in winning the Lance Todd Trophy as they thrashed Hull KR 50-0 in the final.
A total of 36 sides will go into the famous velvet bag, including West Bowling, Stanningley and Thornhill Trojans, for matches that will be played on the weekend of January 30-31 and February 13-14.
Cougars will be involved in the third round, whose matches are on February 27-28.
