Liversedge, Albion Sports and Eccleshill United are scheduled for home matches this weekend but all have been on weather watch over the past week as the cold snap worsened in the area.
All five Baris Northern Counties East League clubs from the area are hoping to get back into action following a total wipe-out of fixtures in both divisions last weekend.
LIVERSEDGE face a mid-table Premier Division battle, with Pickering Town due to visit Clayborn. The home side are nearer the top half of the table than their visitors and have a five-point cushion on them but Pickering have played two fewer games.
It could be a big weekend for BRIGHOUSE TOWN if they can get a positive result from their game at Scarborough Athletic.
Eighth-placed Town are only four points behind Scarborough, who are fifth, but have a game in hand so there could be a big shift in prospects.
But Scarborough, who have former Bantams striker Dean Windass in their ranks, have the second-best goal difference in the league so are lethal up front.
Should Town slip up then THACKLEY could snatch local bragging rights for the weekend if they win at struggling Selby Town. Selby are rock bottom with just a dozen points from their 27 starts.
ALBION will have fingers, toes and everything else crossed that their home game is played as it will give them the opportunity to claw back points from opponents Pontefract Collieries.
Sports were Division One leaders when they played their last game on Boxing Day but Ponte are now ten points better off and have taken over at the summit.
But fifth-placed Albion have seven games in hand, which could make a huge difference between now and the end of the season.
ECCLESHILL have not given up on their own promotion dreams and they also have a fixture that sees them pitted against a team close to them in the table.
The Eagles would lose seventh spot to Rossington Main if the visitors prevail but if Eccleshill win they could move to within touching distance of Albion and put their recent blip to bed.
They would also still have games in hand on many of their promotion-chasing rivals.
