Thackley go in search of the win that will take them into the top half of the Toolstation Northern Counties East League Premier Division tonight when they travel to Barton Town Old Boys.
The East Yorkshire side are immediately above Chris Reape’s Dennyboys in the table, the points gap is just two and Barton have played one game less than their visitors.
It should have been Thackley’s third game in a hectic eight-day period but their Easter Monday game at Rainworth Miners' Welfare fell foul of the weather.
Barton’s last outing was in the League Cup at Albion Sports on Wednesday, March 21 so they will be the most fresh of the two sides.
However, they lost that cup tie 4-2 and have been left to contemplate that defeat ever since.
