Thackley went down 2-1 to a last-gasp strike at mid-table counterparts Bridlington Town.
Both sides were reduced to ten men in the first minute following a fracas just 36 seconds into the game.
Luke Richardson and the home side’s Tom Lee were sent off after clashing following the award of a corner.
Following a goalless first half, Chris Davey had given Thackley a 65th-minute lead but Tom Fleming equalised before Jamie Reeson scored the winner right at the death.
