Bay Athletic needed extra time before beating Littletown 2-1 in the West Riding County Amateur League Premier Division Cup semi-finals.
Bay will now be aiming to deny Ovenden West Riding a league and cup double in the final at Overthorpe on a date still to be confirmed.
