Campion 2 Field 2 (Campion win 4-1 on pens)
TWO goals from Jahro Parchment last night helped Campion to secure a place in the final of the Bradford FA Saturday Senior Cup, although they needed to rely on a penalty shootout to haul themselves over the line against Field.
Parchment fired Campion into the lead early on but Danny Farrar was able to equalise with a spot-kick before half-time.
When Parchment converted from the penalty spot himself in the second half, Campion looked to have finished off their opponents but, deep into second half injury-time, Curtis McMahon equalised with a fine free-kick.
Field's second equaliser sent the game to penalties, but they struggled in the shootout. They only converted one out of three from 12 yards, whereas Campion were nerveless. They scored all four of their penalties to send themselves through.
Campion will now meet the winners of the second semi-final between Wibsey and Idle in the final.
