TWO first-half goals secured victory for Steeton in their Taylor's Timber West Riding County Amateur League Premier Division clash at Salts.

Andy Briggs put the visitors ahead after 12 minutes and Alistair Morgan netted the second 20 minutes later – his first league goal.

Campion travelled to leaders Newsome and bagged two second-half goals from Jordan Missin in a 6-2 defeat, with Jamie Jobarteh netting twice to add to singles by Wayne Shooter, Paul Pike, Kitson Gayle and Connor Sykes.
