MANY Taylor's Timber West Riding County Amateur League sides are in district cup action tomorrow.

Campion, who are the Bradford & District FA Saturday Senior Cup holders after defeating Field 4-2 on penalties after last season's final had ended in a 1-1 draw, host Thornton United in the quarter-finals.

Field should be good enough to account for Athletico, while Salts – who were beaten semi-finalists last season – should also advance as they host Thornton United's reserve side.

Route One Rovers and Ventus-Yeadon Celtic, who come under Wharfedale & District FA stewardship, start their bid for a place in the last eight.

Route One host Rawdon Old Boys at Esholt, while Celtic travel to Horsforth St Margaret's.

Littletown and Lower Hopton will also be putting their Premier Division ambitions aside while they compete for a place in the last four of the Heavy Woollen FA's Wheatley Cup.

Woodkirk Valley visit Littletown, while Lower Hopton have West Yorkshire League side Wyke Wanderers as their opponents.

On the domestic front, only two games in the Premier Division are scheduled.

Steeton host bottom side Overthorpe SC knowing that victory would lift them up to fourth, while defending champions Huddersfield YMCA could move three points clear of overnight leaders Newsome with a win at Halifax Irish.
