Meanwhile, Golcar scored early against Kirkburton through Dean Siddiq but then let their unbeaten home record slip as Stephen Charlton and Jordan Tindle responded in the second half.

Ovenden West Riding, with two goals each from Steve Fullard and John Booth in the second half after Andrew Bailey had netted a penalty in the first, beat Tyersal 5-0 to leave the rock-bottom Bradford team facing relegation from the top flight after five seasons.

Hunsworth moved out of the relegation zone after goals from Toby Aspinall and new signing Gavin Haworth gave them a 2-0 victory at Lower Hopton.

Salts carried on their form that has taken them through to the West Riding County FA Challenge Cup semi-finals. They had Ryan Gill, Chris McTigue, Mat Bailey and Jonny Cunnington on target in a 4-0 success at Littletown.

Huddersfield YMCA slipped into second-bottom position after losing 4-1 at third-placed Storthes Hall.

Ventus-Yeadon Celtic, with an Adam Turner double and other goals from Jack Halliday and Joel Etienne, beat visitors Overthorpe 4-2 to move two points clear of second-placed Dudley Hill Rangers at the top of Division One.

Rangers were held to a 0-0 draw at home by third-placed Wakefield City, while Wibsey had Phil Brogan and Lewis Phillips on target in their 2-1 home victory over Lepton Highlanders as Adam Bell replied.

Westbrook YMCA beat Thornes 3-1, with James Watson, Jarid Robson and Stephen Guilfoyle netting for the winners and Connor Bailey grabbing the consolation.

Campion Reserves slipped to the bottom of the table after losing 3-1 at home to relegation rivals Steeton Reserves, while fellow strugglers DRAM Community eased their fears with a 4-2 home win over Storthes Hall Reserves.

Division Two leaders Gildersome Spurs Old Boys put their first league defeat the previous Saturday behind them as they returned to winning ways with a 4-0 victory at bottom-placed Salts Reserves, with Ben Keedy, Mike Hall, Adam McCormack and Lee Thrush on target.
