Steeton will make a fifth attempt to play their West Riding County FA Challenge Cup fourth-round tie at home to Oxenhope tomorrow.
The Chevrons are confident they will be able to host the game, having worked hard on the pitch in midweek.
But contingency plans are in place to play the game elsewhere, possibly even on an artificial surface, if the wet weather continues to thwart them.
Meanwhile, other County Amateur sides, Bay Athletic and Ovenden West Riding, are due to be in quarter-final action at home to Field and Silsden Reserves respectively.
In the West Riding County Amateur League Premier Division, Campion start the second half of their season with a trip to struggling Lepton Highlanders.
Salts, who have played three games more than visitors Huddersfield YMCA and are just three points ahead, need a win to avoid slipping into the relegation battle, while Tyersal are at Golcar United.
Tingley Athletic have withdrawn their reserve side from Division Two, leaving it with only 11 teams.
The league are seeking at least three new clubs to fill the vacancies and bring the division up to 14 teams for 2014-15.
