Campion must overcome defending champions Bay Athletic if they are to continue their impressive unbeaten West Riding County Amateur League run on Saturday.

The Bradford side lost their opening Premier Division match of the season but have not been defeated in seven games since, winning five of them.

Now comes probably their biggest test to date at home to Bay, who are ominously placed in fourth place with games in hand on the teams above them Littletown lost their first four league games but have since won eight on the trot in climbing to second place.

If the Heckmondwike-based team pick up another three points at home to Salts this weekend, they will equal the 27 total they achieved in the whole of last season.

Steeton are also on a good run with only one loss in their last six games and will be confident of adding to that as they host Huddersfield YMCA.

In Division One it is the first round of the League Cup and Wibsey are at home to a Storthes Hall Reserves side who returned home with the points from a 5-3 win in mid-October.

Salts Reserves, who lost 6-0 to Steeton Reserves in the County FA Challenge Trophy last weekend, have an early chance to turn the tables when the sides meet at Saltaire.
