Fairbank FC were crowned league champions on Saturday after they beat reigning champs Bradford All Stars.
All Stars took the lead after 20 minutes and were much the better side in the first half.
A strike from Mohamed Ismaeel restored parity but another goal from the visitors gave them a 2-1 advantage at the interval.
In the second half, Fairbank improved dramatically and Ismaeel went on to complete his hat-trick to give his team the lead.
A decisive strike from Farooq Miah settled the match and the destination of the title.
Thornbury YCC improved their chances of the runners-up position with a 3-2 victory over East Bowling.
They fell behind to a first-half strike but improved after the break and two well-taken goals by Shanzhaib Butt and a 25-yard curler frrom Abdul Qayum settled the issue.
Lidget Green and Abundant Life played out a six-goal thriller, with five goals coming in the first half.
Theodore Budger was in outstanding form and, even though he didnt get on the scoresheet, he had an assist in all three of the visitors’ goals, which were scored by Wes Oliver (2) and Des Dixon.
Bradford Arms will seal second place if they win in midweek.
