Gary Litvinov scored twice as St Bede’s Old Boys edged a 3-2 Terry Marflitt Trophy preliminary-round win at Calverley United.
An own goal proved decisive in the Yorkshire Amateur League competition as Brad Northrop and Gary Trewhitt replied.
Scott Molloy netted a consolation penalty for Heckmondwike Grammar School Old Boys as they bowed out 7-1 to Sandal Athletic.
League action saw Grangefield Old Boys win 5-1 at Huddersfield Amateur in the Senior A Division to move third, Matt Tomlinson netting twice.
Gildersome Spurs struck twice in the opening 80 seconds as they also won 5-1, with North East Leeds the victims.
