Whetley Lane Veterans reach last four

Whetley Lane Vets had to come from behind to inflict a first defeat on group winners Wortley and reach the semi-finals of the West Riding County Vets Cup.

Former Burnley player Nigel Smith equalised with a superb strike from the edge of the box, with Darren Whyte hitting the winner in a game Whetley dominated.

Martin Kemp, Martin Dolan and Roger Eli were outstanding for the winners.
