BRADFORD Referees' Association are seeking whistlers to officiate in the Valley Parade Memorial Tournament, which takes place at Marley Stadium over the Easter weekend (April 14-15) (9am).
Teams from several countries take part in the event, whose motto is "friendship through football" and which is held annually in memory of the 56 people who died in the Bradford City fire in 1985.
Referees will work in teams of three or four as referee or assistant referee in rotation for the under-12 and under-14 matches, with games played either on grass or 3G pitches.
No fee is given but each referee will receive a medal.
Association secretary Chris Dempsey can be contacted on 07786-247350 or at cdempsey84@yahoo.com.
