PALESTINO have completed the semi-final line-up in the Spen Valley Trophy.

They defeated visitors Dewsbury West Side 7-2 in a delayed quarter-final to join Girlington, Athletico and Inter Batley in the last four.

Abdul Qayyum led the way with a hat-trick for Palestino, with Zubair Khan (2), Sana Ullah Nuskat and Jamie Chadwick making up the tally, while Amar Maqsood and Arbaaz Khan replied.

Two matches survived the weather in Division One and one involved top two George Healey and Inter Batley.

Lee Sykes and Olly Mitchell got the goals for leaders George Healey in a 2-0 triumph as they continued their serene path to what will surely be the title.

Elsewhere, mid-table Marsh beat Howden Clough 6-4 in what was another good effort by the bottom club.

Andy Lawton (2), Shane Thornton and Jack Scott were on target for Clough, with Mark Wigley (3), James Binns (2) and Al Bolland netting for Marsh.
