WYKE Wanderers Reserves suffered a 4-2 defeat at the hands of Horbury Town Reserves in Division One of the West Yorkshire League Alliance.
Visitors Horbury took the lead before Wyke equalised with a far-post header from Joe Walshe. Horbury went back in front but Wanderers levelled via Martyn Hall, before Town completed the scoring with two further goals.
Wyke secretary Dave Ryan said: "We worked hard but individual mistakes cost us the game. However, it was a better performance than the ones we have produced these past few weeks."
Carlton Reid and Jack Ryan-Wakeling were both yellow carded for Wyke, who are now second from bottom in the table.
