FIELD progressed to the quarter-finals of the West Yorkshire League Cup with a 1-0 win at Huddersfield Amateur.
The hosts had two big men up front, and played to that by lumping the ball to them at every opportunity, but the defensive partnership of Darryl Leach and Ryan Canning dealt with the threat.
Aidan Day grabbed the winner in the second half and Field will now be at home to Wetherby Athletic or the winners of Oxenhope Recreation and Beeston St Anthony's.
