RAIN and then snow has seen Bradford City go seven weeks without a game and tomorrow they will try again to stage their FA Women's Cup tie with neighbours Huddersfield Town at Eccleshill United.

Under FA rules this fixture will take precedence over all others until completed and as a consequence their FA Women's Premier League season has been put on hold.

The weather forecast is a little more hopeful and Guiseley Vixens will be equally thankful as they make a fourth attempt to play their second round tie at fellow Premier League strugglers Loughborough Foxes.

One place that did escape the snow last week was Humberside and City's reserve side made the most of it when they travelled to Hull City and won 4-0 to move into third place.

Rachel Lee fired City ahead after six minutes and Zoe Roberts added a second two minutes later. After settling down to an even contest City broke through the home defence again midway through the second half when Ellie Olds struck twice in quick succession. Tomorrow the reserves are home to Stockport County.

Bradford City A team look set to hold off the challenge of First Division title rivals Battyeford Belles in the West Riding County League hen they go to pointless Oulton Athletic.

Bradford Park Avenue, having seen Vicky Mladanovic leave the club, continue to struggle to make any headway in the County League Premier Division. Tomorrow they are hoping to get their game against Brighouse Athletic played at Lightcliffe.

Two weeks ago Avenue had a 3-1 win over tomorrow's opponents in the League Cup and they will desperately hoping for a similar result as they look to move away from the relegation zone.
