Holders Ovenden West Riding are at home to Halifax AFL Premier Division side Northowram in their first-round tie.
Brighouse Sports are at Sowerby United, while Brighouse Old Boys are among six sides to receive byes.
Meanwhile, Brighouse Sports, Denholme United and Shelf have all been given byes in the Haslem-Sheppard Halifax ARL Skircoat Green Physiotherapy Challenge Cup first round on Saturday, October 17 (1.45), when Shelf United will visit Hebden Royd Red Star.
On the same date is the Ziggy's Metro Cars Invitation Cup first round, where Denholme United Reserves will be at home to Hebden Royd Red Star Reserves, and Shelf United Reserves will host Salem Reserves.
