Bradford City play their first competitive game at Valley Parade for more than 20 years as they chase a runners-up finish in the FA Women’s Premier League (North) on Sunday (2pm).

City’s women take on Wolves knowing that victory in their final two matches will guarantee second place behind Sheffield.

A 1-0 defeat at the champions on Thursday night was a setback for Steve Winterburn’s side and he must hope the occasion at Valley Parade will not leave his players overawed.

The week also saw City’s A team lose their 100 per cent record for the season when Wetherby beat them 4-2 in the West Riding League Shield final at Ossett Town.
