Route One Rovers took what could prove a decisive step towards the Spen Valley League title with a 4-3 home win against closest challengers Vision.
James Mcloclin, Chris Lever and Rorrie Campbell scored for Vision but it was not enough to prevent Route One taking a four-point lead at the Premier Division summit with three games in hand.
Third-placed TVR United, who are six points behind the leaders after a 5-0 win at BD3 United but have played the same number of games, might now represent Route One’s biggest threat.
Ravensthorpe Bulls are fourth after a 7-3 home romp against Girlington, for whom Zohaib Ikram Zak’s hat-trick proved in vain as Dominic Simpson netted four times in reply.
Osghar Taj struck twice for bottom side West Park United but they remain without a point after losing 8-2 to Fairbank United, which included a Junaid Ali hat-trick and two Shoaib Hussain efforts.
Savile United remain best placed to finish runners-up in Division One behind runaway champions Marsh after beating Savile Town 4-1 as Rizwan Ismail bagged a couple.
Smokin’ Aces have the same points tally as United after beating fourth-placed Norfolk 3-2 but have played a game more.
