Aire eye revenge in Amateur Cup semi-final

This weekend will see the start of the Bradford Sunday Alliance League semi-finals when the Amateur Cup last-four ties take centre stage at Rawdon Meadow at 11am.

Aire Athletic and Lyceum clash for the second succesive week in the first semi-final, with Aire Athletic wanting to avenge last week’s defeat. The other tie is between Division 3A and 3B teams, Thornton United reserves and Junction FC Wyke.

The Premier Division will see the two heavywieghts West Bowling and Buttershaw Whitestar, clash at Emsleys Rec.

Division 2A leaders Red Lion entertain third-placed Robin Hood Wyke.

In Division 2B the second clash of the season between the top two clubs sees Swaine Green entertain Grass Greener, with the visitors needing the points to stay in contention.

In Division 3B leaders Sporting Pudsey have third-placed Park FC as visitors.
