Campion reached the West Riding County Amateur Premier Division Cup Final at the second time of asking with a 2-1 win over Hemsworth Miners Welfare in the semi-final at Brighouse.
Campion deservedly took the lead through Neil Walters and Marcus Edwards put them 2-0 ahead in the second half before Liam Haller headed home for Hemsworth to set up a hectic last ten minutes.
The Manningham Mills outfit had lost the first game but it was replayed after the penalty shootout was deemed invalid.
Campion will now bid to win the cup for the third successive occasion on Thursday, May 22 when they meet Lower Hopton at Sygenta Sports Ground, Huddersfield.
