Promotion would mean so much to Frazer
Of all the players at Leeds United, promotion would probably mean most to full back Frazer Richardson, who at just 25 is the club's longest serving player.
It's a measure of the turmoil at the club over the past few years that Richardson, who has only made 140 appearances, has played under six managers - and a couple of caretakers - and in three different divisions since making his debut five years ago.
A product of the Leeds youth system, he made his debut in the UEFA Cup, coming on as sub against Hapoel Tel Aviv, and his full debut against Arsenal and, despite offers for him to go to Southampton, has remained loyal to the club he supported as a boy.
Rotherham-born Richardson said: "There have been a lot of ups and downs this season but, as in any sport, it's a case of picking yourself up when you are on a downer and keeping on a level when things are going well.
"It's been a long, hard season but we are in the play-offs and we're looking to go all the way."
Leeds, who will hear if they have won their appeal against their 15-point penalty later tomorrow, held their player of the season awards this week and it was no surprise that Jermaine Beckford walked off with most of the honours.
He was voted player of the year by both the fans and his team-mates, and his goal against Hartlepool early in September won the goal of the season.
Jonathan Howson got the vote from fans and fellow players as young player of the year, while Casper Ankergren picked up an award for his work in the community.
