Neil Warnock is hoping for another bumper npower Championship turn-out at Elland Road on Saturday for the visit of Watford.

The Leeds United boss called for 30,000 to attend the recent visit of West Ham.

He was not only rewarded with the best home league crowd of the season but also one of their best performances as United came within 60 seconds of beating them.

Play-off seeking United have four home games left and, while Warnock has yet to see United lose away from home, he is still waiting for his first Elland Road victory.

“With seven games to go, the only opportunity we have to get into the play-offs is by winning our home matches,” he said.

“We had a fantastic turn-out for the game against West Ham, and against both them and Southampton it showed what performances can be achieved with such wonderful backing.

“Hopefully we can get another good crowd in for the Watford game and have another really good atmosphere.”

It is unlikely that either Leigh Bromby or Andy O’Brien will feature, despite both playing 45 minutes for the reserves in midweek in a behind-closed-doors friendly against Blackpool.
