WINGER Jordan Botaka is eyeing a first home start for Leeds as they host unbeaten leaders Brighton tomorrow.

Botaka scored in an international for Congo against Gabon and could be rewarded with the chance to win over the Elland Road faithful.

Uwe Rosler is considering an attacking shake-up after Leeds struggled to create chances in the Birmingham defeat two weeks ago.

That could mean Will Buckley misses out against his old club. He made little impression on his debut, although Rosler expects the Sunderland loanee to find his feet.

Buckley is with Leeds until January when the move could be made permanent – although that might change with Sam Allardyce’s arrival in the north-east.

Rosler said: “Will will come good, there is no problem. He has experience and he’s a proven player in the Championship.”

Mirco Antenucci looked much livelier in the last game when he came off the bench and the Italian is also pushing to be involved from the start.

Leeds have gone ten games without a win at Elland Road – a wretched run stretching back to March.

Brighton, the only unbeaten team in the country, have not lost on their travels since April. But that defeat came at Wigan, another club who could not buy a home win at the time.

Seagulls boss Chris Hughton said: “We have picked up results away from home which we didn’t last season. That is progress.

“I think I’ve been pleased with that more than anything.”
