NEW signing Guiseppe Bellusci could make his debut for Leeds United at home to Brighton tonight.
The 24-year-old defender, who has arrived on a season-long loan from Serie B club Catania, did not feature in Leeds' squad for their 1-0 lunchtime home victory over Middlesbrough on Saturday but is expected to break into Dave Hockaday's squad to face the Seagulls.
Fellow new boy Billy Sharp scored the 88th-minute winner against Boro and United must be confident as Brighton have lost their opening two matches, including a 1-0 reverse against Birmingham at the weekend.
Hockaday, meanwhile, has admitted that he wants to sample the Elland Road roar frequently this season after hearing it against Middlesbrough when Sharp netted.
United's head coach said: "I want to sample a few more of those moments. If we work hard and if we stick together, I know the fans will have that.
"The fans should have gone home on Saturday and been very proud of the players in my opinion. In regards of effort, I couldn't have asked for any more."
Leeds line-up (probable): Silvestri, Pearce, Byram, Cooper, Warnock, Murphy, Austin, Ajose, Bellusci, Bianchi, Sharp.
