GUISELEY defender Jake Lawlor has joined AFC Fylde on a loan deal until the end of the season.

Lawlor, 26, who can also play in midfield, has been out of the Guiseley side since being injured in the game against Chester on New Year's Day.

He has played 219 games for Guiseley, scoring 19 goals. He joined them midway through the 2012-13 season, after impressing for Harrogate Railway against the club in a West Riding County Cup game.

His contract at Nethermoor runs until the end of the current campaign.
