GUISELEY have added another top-of-the-bill friendly as new Leeds United boss Dave Hockaday will be bringing his first-team squad to Nethermoor.

The Sky Bet Championship outfit will be the second to play on the Conference North club's new surface following extensive work on the Lions' pitch over the summer when they visit a fortnight on Saturday.

The first club the Lions face on the pitch will be Bradford City, who make the short journey for Guiseley’s opening home friendly a week on Saturday.

Huddersfield Town make up the trio of local pro clubs to be taking on the Lions when they visit two days after Leeds United.

The Bantams and the Terriers are regular pre-season visitors to Nethermoor but it is some time since Leeds have appeared, so Guiseley are delighted to welcome them.

Several former Leeds United men have played for Guiseley down the years, including Vince Brockie and Andy Williams, while the Lions currently have two former Leeds players in their first team in Ben Parker and Gavin Rothery.

Supporters can pay at the gate on the day at the usual price. Season tickets are still available at the early-bird price, and they include all pre-season friendly fixtures.
