FARSLEY Celtic switch their focus back to Evo-Stik Division One North tomorrow and will be looking to maintain their 100 per cent start when they host Kendal Town.

The Lakeland outfit have been a thorn in Farsley’s side down the years but the Celts are the only side in the division with maximum points after two rounds.

Farsley also progressed in the FA Cup last week, courtesy of James Walshaw’s hat-trick, as did Brighouse Town, but Paul Quinn’s men needed a replay to reach the first qualifying round.

That may mean they are not as fresh but they will still be confident going into their home game against Clitheroe, who are third but only one point better off than their hosts.

In the Toolstation Northern Counties East League Premier Division, Liversedge will be hoping to push their points total into double figures with a win over visitors Rainworth MW.

Sedge are a healthy fifth and are in good form, despite seeing a 3-0 lead slip in midweek as they drew at Handsworth Parramore, one of the favourites for the title.

Thackley, who have lost just one of their first four, are at unbeaten leaders Bottesford Town.

The local representatives in the lower tier are first and second, with Campion overtaking Eccleshill United in midweek. James Bicknell’s leaders, who are at struggling Winterton Rangers, have a two-point cushion but have played more games than many of their rivals.

The Eagles have played two games fewer than Campion and are defending a 100 per cent start, as are visitors Brigg Town.

Silsden, in the bottom three of Hallmark Security League Division One after a 2-1 midweek defeat, welcome Holker Old Boys.
