Eagles hoping for a favour
Eccleshill United will be hoping nearest neighbours Thackley take something off Mickleover Sports because they are just a point better off than the Eagles, who have home advantage over mid-table Long Eaton United in the Northern Counties East Premier Division on Saturday.
Eccleshill pulled out a good performance last week to take a point from Liversedge, who have no fixture this weekend.
Eagles number two Andy Patterson said: "It was the best the lads have looked for eight or ten weeks and they were very disappointed that we didn't win the game. I hope we have turned the corner and we can push on from here."
