The two local sides in the Kool Sport Northern Counties East League Division One have scheduled fixtures tomorrow night, with one at home and the other travelling.
Eccleshill United were another club thwarted by the weather at the weekend.
Their own pitch was a victim of the deep frost on Saturday, so they will have fingers crossed that they get the green light for the trip to face Worsborough Bridge Athletic.
Brighouse Town moved to joint second with a victory at the weekend and they could go top with a home win tomorrow.
But Town boss Mark Brier is ensuring his players keep their feet on the ground and describes visitors Hemsworth MW as ‘one of the form sides’ in the division.
