NEW Eccleshill United boss Sean Regan’s unbeaten start may have come to an end last Saturday but he will be hoping to get back to winning ways in today’s Boxing Day clash with Yorkshire Amateur.
The Leeds-based outfit will make the short trip to the Mitton Group Stadium for the Northern Counties East Division One clash on the back of a 4-1 home defeat by Hemsworth MW.
The Eagles will be looking to avenge the 3-2 defeat they suffered when the sides met in August. Brendan Hammond and Luke Harrop were on target for Eccleshill that day.
None of the area’s three Premier Division representatives are in action today as Albion Sports have a two and a half week break while Thackley and Liversedge have switched their clash at Dennyfield to Monday.
