YORKSHIRE have elected their former England all-rounder Richard Hutton as new club president.
Hutton, son of Yorkshire's ex-Test captain Sir Len Hutton, succeeds the late John Hampshire.
The 74-year-old, who scored more than 7,500 runs and took 625 wickets in a first-class career which brought him five Test caps, begins his term as president immediately.
Hutton said: "I'm very pleased to have been voted in and I look forward to the season very much."
