Bradford Dudley Hill aim to go top of pile
5:00pm Thursday 11th October 2012 in Sport By Mark Strother
Nathan Kitson is touring Canada with the English Lions
Bradford Dudley Hill could snatch top spot in Division One of the National Conference League tomorrow as their two promotion rivals go head to head.
Leaders Castleford Lock Lane host York Acorn, who are two points behind in third place.
And with Dudley Hill one point off the pace in second, a home victory over mid-table Rochdale Mayfield would see them climb to the summit if Lock Lane slip up.
Coach Jason Lee has a strong squad to choose from as he looks to guide his side into pole position going into next week’s final match of the season.
But he is still missing hooker Nathan Kitson, while Danial Softley is out with damaged ligaments.
Kitson is currently in Canada with the English Lions touring party, an issue which has angered Lee at this stage of his side’s promotion push.
