Matty Blythe attitude can lift career with Bradford Bulls

Bulls coach Francis Cummins has been impressed by Matty Blythe’s approach to his loan move to Odsal
Franny Cummins reckons Matty Blythe’s career could take off at Odsal next season.
The highly-rated centre will spend the entire campaign with the Bulls after joining on a season-long loan from Warrington.
Cummins was left highly impressed by the player’s desire after being recommended to him by Wolves boss Tony Smith.
“Sometimes you have to go and do what Luke Gale did in leaving Leeds and becoming a senior player elsewhere,” said the Bulls coach.
“If you’ve got the opportunity to go out and get that regular first-team experience then you have to take it.
“I can say to Matty ‘I can look after you but you will have to take the step forward because you will become a leader through doing that’.
“I’m sure he will do. I met him and was just impressed with his attitude – and that’s what we’re going to need next season.
“It’s going to be tough, and we’ll have our backs against the wall like last year, but I like that.”
After struggling for regular first-team rugby in the past two seasons, Blythe is hoping to establish himself as a key figure at Odsal next term.
Cummins reckons the best is yet to come from the versatile 23-year-old and said: “Matt realises he’s not the finished article.
“He wants to work hard and he wants to achieve, which I’m sure he will do.”
The Bulls are set to announce further recruits in the near future following the acquisition of Blythe and the recent signing of Chev Walker and John Bateman on new deals.

Or it could be that its off season, the players are on hols, and there is naff all to report
Or maybe the T&A can't report who we are after because -
a.) they don't know
b.) they may hamper the chances of a sucessful signing
c.) They have been asked not to publicise yet
