Colin Stephens IS still at Bradford & Bingley

Bradford & Bingley have confirmed that they will have two internationals on their back-room staff.

Former New Zealand rugby league international and ex-England union centre Henry Paul was announced earlier this week as an assistant coach, and he is joining director of rugby, former Welsh fly half Colin Stephens, at Wagon Lane.

Bees’ secretary Nick Patterson said: “Colin will be more hands-on once his duties as a kicking coach at Warrington Wolves are finished, while Henry was at the training session tonight and will be play for us if we need him, although his primary aim is to coach.

"Ronnie Kelly is, as before, forwards’ coach.”

Hooker Sam White and back James Morton are available for selection on Saturday at Kendal in SSE National League Three North but changes are expected to be minimal after the 25-23 home win over Burnage last weekend.

Bradford Salem are giving a debut to former Otley and Cougars winger Sam Gardner in SSE Yorkshire Division Two at West Park Leeds, and 45-year-old Dean McNicholl is a stop-gap in the second row, while Cleckheaton have brought Jonno Marshall onto the bench for their winnable SSE North One East match at home to Morpeth.

Keighley hope to build on their steady start to life in the same division but have a difficult home match against Middlesbrough.
