Bradford Dudley Hill  thrashed National Conference League Division One rivals Castleford Panthers 72-0 last night.

Hill had way to much firepower for the Panthers as Nathan Kitson turned in a man-of-the-match display to score a hat-trick of tries and kick eight goals.

Hill’s three quarters were superb, with winger Neil Wall crossing four times and centre Alex Dickinson bagging a hattrick.

Full back Aiden Batey’s line-breaking runs were a constant feature and he was also rewarded with two fine tries.

Credit must go to the Panthers, who kept working and never gave in but the home side had too much class throughout.

Other scorers for Hill were Craig Tyman and Anthony Lawton.

The win moves Hill into second place with a game in hand over leaders Hunslet Warriors, while the Panthers remain firmly rooted to the foot of the table.
