Teenage defender Carl McHugh impressed during his pre-season trial
City this morning announced two more captures, including winger Zavon Hines.
The 23-year-old winger, who has been training with the club since being released by Burnley, has signed on a one-year deal with a further season's option in City's favour.
Phil Parkinson has also snapped up 19-year-old defender Carl McHugh after impressing during his pre-season trial. McHugh can play centre half and left back and will offer good cover in both positions.
Both players are eligible to be involved at Gillingham as City lodged their paperwork with the Football League before yesterday's midday deadline.

And how difficult it can be trying to find prices for games too, I sometimes like to go to other grounds and see how much matches are, but some clubs don't even publish the details. I just then choose not to go because of that 1 fact. Official football club sites are terrible, uninformative and horrible to navigate. They are best avoided.
