Chev Walker returns after injury

Bulls coach Mick Potter has been able to call on only 18 fit senior players for the second successive Super League match ahead of Sunday's visit of leaders Huddersfield.

Potter has seen his squad decimated by injury and suspension this season, and up to a dozen players will play no part this weekend.

Full-back Brett Kearney has failed to shake off an ankle injury and hooker Heath L'Estrange completes a two-match ban.

Scrum-half Luke Gale is not ready to return from a two-month absence due to damaged ankle ligaments, but the Bulls are boosted by the return of Chev Walker and Karl Pryce after injury.

Youngsters Callum Windley, Jay Rossi and Matt Bailey were in the 19-man squad for last week's match against Doncaster but have not been called on this week as Potter has named his only 18 senior players available.

Bulls squad: Addy, Ainscough, Bateman, Burgess, Diskin, Elima, Hargreaves, Jeffries, Kopczak, Langley, Lulia, Manuokafoa, Olbison, Platt, Pryce, Purtell, Walker, Whitehead.

Tough one this one, but I wouldn't go for Ainscough at Fullback. In attack he's great, but if the Giants break the line, he's just gonna bounce off them. I know it's not a very popular idea, but I'd rather see Platt at FB, Ainscough and Purtell on the wings and Walker in centres.

Think this is gonna have to be a real backs to the wall performance. Won't be pretty but fingers crossed for the two points. COYB

I have a feeling that this may be one game too much with an injury ravaged squad. Hope we win but am struggling to see it so let's not get too upset if this one doesn't go our way. I would rather win next week.

Why can't people who post on here use correct English. All these short spellings and abbreviations just help to enforce the general opinion that Northeners are actually thick and ignorant. Back to the game this weekend:- No matter what people may think Mr Potter will choose the team he thinks can win. Whatever the result, if the players give their all, all loyal supporters should have a positive attitude.

I apologize! However, I currently live in the midlands, and the only reason I write like that is because I've picked it up from those round here!!!

Pops, it's mobile speak, you have to get used to it. Everybody uses it now. It has had the same effect has picture comics had on people reading. Remember phonetic spelling that the Tory govt., I think, brought in that is what you are getting. Oh, and by the way, they use it down south, so your idea of thick northeners doesn't really hold water. MP is the coach, yes, we go along with who he selects, he hasn't done too bad so far. But are we not allowed to pick our team, that if we were the coach, would go on the field. I think your post, like on our two on here, is pointless. So sit back go with the flow, relax, thinks aren't going to change.
